Why bother to have someone coach you? You already know what you want, and you've got a pretty good idea how to get it. Or maybe you really don't think there's much anyone else knows that you don't. Simply put, a coach can often observe things about you that you can't.

Your coach can help you figure out what you want and get you busy having it. In areas of relationship, work, family, hobbies, health, fitness, achievement - anything at all - you figure out what you want and then, with your coach's help, you get it.

When we think of the most successful people we know, we normally don't imagine they need or have a coach. But the fact is that many successful people do have coaches. They have a tremendous amount of natural talent and have accomplished much in their lives through hard work. But these people realize that their natural charisma, drive, effort and skill will only get them so far. Unless they push themselves to the next level they won't have the life they want.

And they realize that to do this they need to enlist the help of a coach who can help them discern their desires, manage their dreams and focus their energy. You are unique, and as such, we commit to delivering a distinctive client-coach relationship tailored to your tastes.

The coaching relationship is simple. You work with your coach to figure out what you want in your life, and then he makes sure you don't give up on it. Each one of us is unique; there is not one set of goals and one set of ways to achieve them. Each of us defines success or balance differently and your coach works with you to name, define, and achieve not some cookie-cutter future, but a specific future that works for you.

  • When you engage you to commit to a 6 - 12 month relationship. It's important that our relationship have time to mature in order for the coaching to work.
  • The coaching relationship begins with an intake interview. This is an opportunity for you and your coach to get to know each other. You share your goals, values and commitments and we do some exercises together to establish our relationship.
  • You will call your coach at an agreed time and on a regular basis to complete a coaching call, during which progress and feedback are discussed and continued goal setting and development takes place.

At all times the conversations between you and your coach are based on the concept of forwarding the actions and commitments central to your life goals.
